Upender with conveyor
Description:
An online coil upender is a machine used in factories to tilt coils from a horizontal position to a vertical position. It typically consists of a platform with roller tables for receiving or delivering the coils, and is driven by a motor. The machine is equipped with photoeyes for automatic control and can tilt coils to a 90-degree angle in about 50 seconds. The control desk is located away from the working area for the safety and convenience of operators. Nylon panels are placed on the V saddle to extend the machine's lifespan and reduce scratches. Cutouts are also incorporated to keep pallets in place. Engineers may also design the machine with a narrow space to allow for C hook hoist loading and unloading to prevent collisions between the device and the machine.
Feature:
-
Automatic turnover with a conveyor system on the platform
-
Emergency stop and position lock functions to prevent rotation
-
Two displacement limiters for safe operation
-
The ability to stop the machine at any angle
-
Frequency converter control for speed, stability, and safety
-
Nylon panels on the V saddle to protect the machine from damage
-
A narrow gap to prevent collisions during C hook hoisting.
Control:
-
A control desk or remote control can be used to operate and monitor the machinery. This allows for easy and convenient control of the machine's functions
-
Manual/auto control mode gives the operator the flexibility to choose between manual operation or automatic operation of the machine. This can be useful in a variety of different situations.
-
Inverters are used to adjust the speed of the machine's operation. They allow the operator to fine-tune the speed of the machinery to suit the specific task at hand, which can help to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
